@Zara_care I want to know the status of my complaint number3171434, ordered 2 dresses online for 7300₹ COD on 3/11/25, received on 6/11/25.Paid cash. Online status is showing rejected so I am not able to place a return.Visited store too but to no avail. Pathetic customer care.

@ZAssistDep want to know if you intend to solve this( complaint number-3171434). Ordered two dresses from Zara online and paid in cash Rs 7300₹ on receiving the dresses. I am unable to return them as on site status is showing rejected. Order dates back to 3/11/25,deliv on6/11
