Hey @Meta, why do you make it so difficult to get back into an account that's been hacked or get any help? Pictures of my 5 year old niece are now in the hands of hackers, and it's impossible to get hold of anyone to disable the account or get control back! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

36 days after I ordered my next day laptop, still no laptop, still no phone call, and no refund. Twitter won't open the DM you sent me yesterday @DellCares but the notification gave me a hint you still aren't going to fix the problem. Can I have your legal team's details please?

More Stirling work by @DellCares and @DellUK. The top email is telling me they have shut my case because I haven't responded. The email they forwarded was a "your email hasn't been delivered" which is why I haven't responded. Still no laptop or refund which is thief surely?

@DellUK @DellCares And @DellCares answer is "we will respond to the tracer investigation in 2-3 days". How does that help me? 14 lost working days and counting. You are still advertising the laptop on next day delivery but can't get me my replacement until April?? #Delldoesntcare

@accidentalSBM Ngl I am currently using it as an excuse to stand in the warm for a bit, it's Xmas tree put up day and it's really cold out there! The site team are doing a stirling job and I wasn't much help anyway other than moral support!
