Ambedkar & B N Rau: Twin Anti-Hindu Architects

It is an undeniable truth, as certain as the sun rising in the east, that India's Constitution is anti-Hindu in both letter and spirit.

The initial draft was crafted by Constitutional Advisor B.N. Rau, Nehru's trusted aide, who largely paraphrased it from the colonial Government of India Act, 1935.

Ambedkar, as Chairman of the Committee to Scrutinise the Draft Constitution, merely edited Rau's work, incorporating reports from committees chaired by Nehru, Patel, and others—not authoring it himself.

Hindus must confront this stark reality: Shattering the falsehood of Ambedkar as the Constitution's sole creator and instead exalting B.N. Rau achieves nothing.

As a Brahman, B N Rau bore substantial responsibility for embedding a structure that subjugates Hindus and Hindu religion.

But the gravest harm stemmed from Sardar Patel, a fellow upper-caste leader, who presided over the Advisory Committee on Fundamental Rights, Minorities, and Tribal & Excluded Areas. His panel's decisions entrenched special privileges for minorities, denied #EqualRightsForHindus, and splintered Hindu society via the Fifth and Sixth Schedules, paving the way for vanvasi isolation and rampant conversions that erode our civilisational core.

Upper-caste activists who rightly dismantle the Ambedkar drafter myth while glorifying B N Rau betray their own ignorance, shortsightedness, or duplicity. They simply exchange one perpetrator of this anti-Hindu edifice for another, vaulting from the frying pan into the fire.

No more paeans to B N Rau or these flawed figures of the Constituent Assembly, irrespective of caste, region, or language—all of them are responsible for inflicting this anti-Hindu Constitution on us.

Hindus, of all castes, regions, and languages, must unite and insist on a new Constituent Assembly to enact a fresh Constitution anchored in our ancient civilisational ethos, reclaiming true equality, sanctity, and sovereignty.
