π£ $XRP volatility is coming: price is compressing into an apex as we enter into the last week of July. Over the last few days, we have retraced back to ascending support, with the daily 50 EMA overhead as major resistance ($1.14). The line must hold. Enjoy XRP family ππ»
Besides the charts, the core argument that $XRP avoids dropping below $1 and puts in a June bottom ahead of Bitcoin (similar to 2014 and 2022) relies on newly found strong institutional ETF demand, whale accumulation, and previous historical cycle rhythms.
However, the FEDs u-turn and hawkish hold, combined with stronger than expected U.S economic data, literally forced investors to price out further rate cuts. Uncertainty isn't healthy for markets.
This then created a liquidity crunch that dragged the entire crypto market down into the most recent risk-off correction. $XRP ultimately tagged it's $1 floor during this time horizon and was ultimately subject to the same brutalities.
It's a tricky environment to navigate here; hence the idea that although lower downside targets do exist as a roll on effect of global economic pressures, we should equally not ignore the previous historical data and institutional interest around the June lows and a potential bottom placement before Bitcoins.
It's not about picking a bottom. It's about realising we are in the "area of opportunity." The next few years look much brighter π
π $XRP Midterm Year Trend Check π
Since 2014, the first half of every midterm year has consistently leaned bearish, and 2026 has been no exception. It may be a tough pill to swallow, but it offers valuable forward-looking context for future cycles.
August looks interesting π
$XRP history matters and should be accounted for. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results, yet the data to back a 2029 peak is already established. We may not agree on many price outlooks @MoonLamboio, but i am always greatful for you sharing different perspectives π«Άπ»
@MoonLamboio Furthermore, historical cycle behaviour suggests that the current contractionary phase will not find a true bottom until sometime in 2027.
β οΈ REMINDER: any relief that loses momentum below $1.30/$1.61 for $XRP warrants caution; both the weekly 20/50 EMA's are major resistance & have guided this downtrend for nearly a year. Respect the trend until they are reclaimed ($1.29/$1.60). Stay Focused π―
βΌοΈ $XRP CHART UPDATE βΌοΈ
Always respect the trend: since the Jan 2026 20/50 weekly EMA death cross, bears remained in control β May's relief rally hit a local high at the 20 WEMA, opening a drop from $1.35 to $1.00.
So even if we pump to $1.29/$1.60, heavy resistance dominates.
So many bullish narratives this year with expectations of much higher targets and here we are 70% down. Am I fussed? Not really. Why? Because the charts told me it was coming fairly early on in the year. I'm at ease with my conciounce mate. If you disagree with charts, that's OK :)
Despite calling the $XRP drop to $1.00 earlier in the year, my macro outlook remains incredibly bullish π€ β 70/90% correction are common every few years. 12 months in, the next few years are looking to be a major repricing towards $8/$13/$27. Not an if, but a when.
I don't see a new ATH in 2026, let's put it that way. I do have other time based projections and targets, leaning more towards $8/$13+ by 2029. I'm calm and collected on how things move. I would say it's lowering expectations, but even the historical data over the last 13/14 years backs the idea of the next cyclical top in 2029.
The idea is simple.
1) $XRP's performance in the first half of every U.S. midterm year has been bearish
2) The second half, however, has consistently presented much stronger macro opportunity
A structured DCA approach in H2 during midterms has proven highly effective πΊπΈ #NFA.
@Fruition_Films Δ°ts a pity that xrp price is still very low. This documentary would be very interesting if would xrp hit 7-8$. But if xrp is still a shitcoin the documentary will be not so interesting.
