3 hours. 3 different fares. 0 resolution. ₹1.02L → ₹1.19L → ₹98K for the same ticket change. Still no payment link. @qatarairways, what exactly is going on?
@qatarairways : "Your fare difference is ₹102,212.". 15 minutes later: "Actually, it's ₹119,156."Same itinerary. Yet ₹16,944 more in 15 minutes.Dynamic pricing is one thing. Changing a fare while a customer is actively deciding is another. @QatarAirways, how is this fair?

@QatarAirways quoted me ₹102,212 for a ticket change. While I was still discussing the option, the fare for exact itinerary jumped to ₹119,156 just 15 minutes later.
A ₹16,944 increase during an active customer interaction raises serious questions about pricing transparency.
Hey @QatarAirways@qrsupport, why is your refund team ignoring an entire payment of INR 152,055? You processed my refund but completely "forgot" the massive change fee. I've logged Case CAS-957650-J5B0Q6 (CRM: 0830000922140). Stop the delays and audit PNR 9YRJJC immediately!
How does @qatarairways collect ₹152,055 for itinerary changes, exclude it from the refund calculation, and then ignore multiple customer emails seeking resolution? This isn't just a refund issue. It's a failure of accountability, transparency, and customer care.
@CharuSrinivasan@qatarairways@CharuSrinivasan Greetings, Charu. It will be our pleasure to take a closer look into this for you. Kindly reach out to us via DM sharing your booking details for further assistance.
@qatarairways charged me ₹152,055 to change my travel dates and city. When processing my refund, this wasn't accounted for at all. A refund should reflect every payment collected from a customer. Please review the refund calculation process and close this gap. #CustomerRights
Hats off to @airtelindia. My ₹14,999 IR pack has achieved immortality—still alive till December despite running out of data months ago. Sadly, my wallet is not immortal and can't survive the ₹60,000 roaming bill. #Airtel#ConsumerRights
Dear @airtelindia, thank you for clarifying that my ₹14,999 IR pack with no data left cannot be deactivated because it's active. I was also relieved to learn that if I need data, I can buy more data. This level of problem-solving is why customer service awards exist. 👏 #Airtel
@airtelindia Paid ₹14,999 for an International Roaming pack valid till Dec. Data got exhausted in June, yet Airtel won’t let me deactivate the pack. Now I’m expected to buy another ₹14,999 pack for just 40GB/30 days, potentially spending ₹60K roaming data. How is this fair?
Airtel's definition of a roaming plan: ✅ Data can expire ✅ Wallet can expire ✅ Patience can expire ❌ Pack cannot expire (or be deactivated) Thank you @airtelindia for this masterclass in customer experience. #InternationalRoaming
@airtelindia Your IR policy is absurd. My ₹14,999 pack is valid till Dec but the data ran out in June. Since Airtel won’t deactivate the active pack, I’m forced to keep buying expensive add-ons, costing up to ₹60,000. Unfair and anti-consumer. Please explain. #AirtelDoesntCare
Paid ₹14,999 for an Airtel IR pack. Data got exhausted. Asked to deactivate the pack. Airtel's response: "You can't. But if you need data, please buy more data." That's not a solution. That's a revenue strategy disguised as customer support. @airtelindia#ConsumerRights
@airtelindia Seems I've misunderstood your IR pack. I thought ₹14,999 bought roaming benefits. Apparently, it buys the privilege of being locked into a plan with no data left while paying another ₹14,999 for 40GB every month. Brilliant concept. #InternationalRoaming

This is an incredibly frustrating experience -a world class airline with such poor information systems that is delivering such a poor customer service for passengers that just want to complete payment on a booking that has been kept on hold for no fault of theirs. @qrsupport
