@MikeFromCo It is a horrible idea to have eastern Colorado represented by an Aurora Dem. This will do nothing to meaningfully and sincerely help CDP build trust and relationships with rural Colorado.
BIG NEWS! We're officially on the ballot! ๐ฅณ
More than 17,000 Coloradans across all eight congressional districts helped make this possible.
Iโm grateful for every person who signed, volunteered, and is building this grassroots campaign for a better Colorado.
AI use in campaigns has interesting implications when used well - but then we get Republican candidates posting completely imaginary maps of Colorado without even thinking about it. Pretty sure Strasburg is not in Prowers countyโฆ. When did Sedalia pack up and move northeast?
The Attorney General represents the people of Colorado. That role is built on trust. When an Attorney General candidate claims personal credit for work they did not personally argue or lead, that is not a small exaggeration. It is a credibility issue.
We need an Attorney General who can actually fight in court, on crime, on consumer protections, and on democracy - @MDoughertyCO is an experienced advocate who will do us proud.
Really hard to see any kind of path for Weiser here when heโs polling 27 pts behind Bennet.
@MichaelBennet has always been the front runner in this race, and despite all the bogus attacks against him from Weiserโs team and supporters, nothing has changed.
The April 23rd forum Phil is attempting to call Michael out for not RSVPing yet to falls on a day the Senate is in session. Given how dishonest his campaign has been in this race, I wouldnโt be surprised if theyโd accuse him of abandoning his DC duties even if he did show up.
I am terribly frustrated and embarrassed by my alma mater this morning. They wasted their opportunity to make the Democratic majority matter when it came to guns on campus, and have again failed to recognize their mandate to lead as Democrats with values and honor.
3 labor union endorsements in 1 day!
@MichaelBennet has always been and will always be a fighter for working people. #copolitics
(pro tip: union endorsements > Twitter reply guys every day)
Bob's story is the reality for countless Coloradans.
Working families in our state simply cannot afford to pay thousands more every month for health insurance.
I will keep fighting to ensure more Coloradans donโt lose their coverage as a result of this crisis.
Accepting gun violence, especially at our schools and universities, is an appalling failure of the current generation of leadership in the US. It doesnโt have to be this way. Iโm thankful for Michaelโs voice in this race and so excited to vote for him in June and November.
When Michael told me he was considering running for AG, my first thought was how crystal clear he was in supporting our effort to ban concealed carry on campus. When some Dem leaders beat around the bush, Michael didnโt hesitate to take a stand. Clarity we need in our next AG.
