@mauriciomacri @alferdez However, ex Gral. Terceros says the letter is entirely fake and that his signature was forged. There are also many other inconsistencies, such as that Terceros resigned one day BEFORE the date on the letter.

Former Air Force head, Jorge Terceros, has been arrested as part of the supposed "coup" case. In his declaration, he reveals that the MAS planned to bring 2000 people from rural parts of #Bolivia to attack protesters against fraud in 2019.
