@FedEx we were ARGUED with about the validity of our identity in representing the company that we work for in order to pick up the sample (which OBVIOUSLY was not important enough the first time they delivered it TO THE WRONG ADDRESS). (Pt5)

@FedEx we just got lucky when we checked tracking and found out we had THIRTY MINUTES to get it from the distribution center before they closed (F) and then finally, when somebody got lucky enough to figure all of this out and make it to the distribution center, (Pt4)

@FedEx NO SIGNATURE NEEDED (D) was then NOT dropped off at our address but was only ATTEMPTED (mere minutes after we had left the building, mind you) because apparently THEY NEEDED A SIGNATURE (E)was then taken back to the distribution center and we weren’t even NOTIFIED (Pt3)

@FedEx person (which, first of all, who signs for a cooler smothered in tape without first expecting it) (C) after MUCH hassle to get in contact with somebody finally got picked BACK up by the courier and we were told they would drop it off at our correct address (Pt2)

@FedEx is by far and consistently the worst and least reliable delivery service I’ve ever used. A time sensitive, overnight package containing a sample used in a test worth HUNDREDS of dollars was (A) delivered to the wrong address (B) signed for by a seemingly nonexistent (Pt1)
