@RNLIC_CARE had someone show up to my house stating that they are from the Park Street head office, wanting to talk about some unclaimed policy. I insisted on them sending an official email and she got defensive. This seems like a scam, can you pls confirm?
Third time I’m having issues with @rentomojo pick up for my furniture was scheduled today from 2-4pm, then 4-8. At 5pm the guys said 30 mins. Gave my live location. Still got lost & blamed me. Reached at 8:15. Society won’t allow truck inside so they refuse to pick up
How can you be so dismissive of people’s time @rentomojo when I’ve been a customer for years. Train your drivers better. Don’t over schedule. Easy to shut shop at 6pm when your customers issues are not solved
@fnpsupport Saying the same thing over and over. Now I’ve been told I have to wait for another 24 hours for a resolution. The cake was supposed to be delivered on Sunday. Truly the worst gifting experience I’ve had @fernsnpetals
I ordered a cake to be delivered to my sister on Sunday for her birthday from @fernsnpetals The first delivery could apparently not be completed and the redelivery also was apparently refused by the recipient (who is my sister and has been waiting for this cake to come)
Moreover, I paid extra for the Sunday delivery, bringing the whole cost to almost ₹8000. The agent who spoke to me clearly said a refund is not possible because the delivery of this miraculous cake has happened twice, and yet my sister has not received it @fernsnpetals
Got scammed by @Housing they charged me for a premium plan where they were supposed to show me 75 brokerage-free properties in 2 months. It’s been almost a month and they’ve shown me not even one property. Refuse to give a refund too. Clearly running a scam. Beware

@rentomojo how are you running a business like this? I would get multiple reminders for the monthly rentals, which was on auto-pay, and now i have to chase them to close this matter. Unprofessional and frankly, you guys are trying to cheat me. Quite disgusted
After verifying my bank account details at least 5 times, I still get a mail saying my deposit has been refunded but nothing has come in. When i asked, they're like verify again and let us know on chat?!
