The hackers logged me out, changed the password, changed the recovery emails and recovery phone numbers and added passkeys and 8 digit backup code.

I can verify the account is mine.

I have proof of my location be it physical location or ip address, the devices that most frequently access the account, and the unauthorized changes before they changed the recovery emails.
