At this point I’m convinced we were set up by the @Hilton employees potentially for trafficking or to rob us. The hotel we are in now stated there was NEVER a disruption to systems and they too believe they weren’t operating honestly.

To follow up, @Hilton DID NOTHING regarding the safety issue in Costa Rica. They reached out on here, I supplied the information, then they went ghost on me. The hotel manager hasn’t ever responded. As a female traveler DO NOT stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Santa Ana, Costa Rica!
