@sarkonakj i was at license center last year and 1 guy going for his written test missed his turn because he couldnt match the # on his ticket to same # on the screen. His friend said oh his english is not very good. Scary if he passed his test.

@Concern70732755 Last year a couple moved in my building on the floor level. They started throwing unbqgged garbage, boxes, furniture etc.. right in front of the balcony. I had enough cause it was looking so filty and was attracting animals. I yelled at them to throw the garbage in the bins.
