Granted, the white population is larger thus 1% white ppl will pose more of a threat to the black population than 1% of the converse but the point I'm trying to make is both of these numbers are very small.

Also, research the % of black persons with intellectual disabilities according to research then use that to estimate a mean IQ for the whole black population.
