If you did not submit your claim form before Aug. 23, 2022, and have not received a confirmation by Prime Clerk/Kroll, you will not receive a payment for your deeds/intervals.

In September owners will receive email (or snail-mail post if they do not use email) from Kroll instructing to opt for a “method of payment.” Owners must respond within 30 days. For details, refer to Court Docs - 7th Report, Sect: 5.8 Payment Options p. 30 (p.65-66 in the pdf).

For Every Year Interval in the Hills Resort you get $4,378.60.
Every Year Interval in the Ridge Resort is $4,754.88
Odd/Even Year Interval in the Hills Resort is $2,189.31
Odd/Even Year Interval in the Ridge Resort is $2,377.44.

On January 24, 2022 Prime Clerk emailed a package to all Owners who have provided a valid email address.  The package includes a unique access code and instructions on how to access Prime Clerk’s online claims portal to complete and submit their claim. Check your spam folders.
