Yesterday I retired from Queens Hospital Burton after 39 years of nursing.Huge thanks to many people who made this such a memorable occasion.Have worked with many incredible and special people over the Palliative Care at its best.

I want it centralised, with proper IDs like you get in work. Linked to your car reg

If I have an accident the system ensures my contacts and emergency plan is immediately acted upon.
