Recent troubleshooting showed that we needed to do some urgent maintenance on our systems. This could lead to some disruptions on the morning of January 14th, between 5am and 8am.

As some of you know, our office has been quite backed up. We are now ready to take calls and our voicemail is no longer full.

Unfortunately we will not be able to respond to any messages left before the month of July. If you have outstanding issues, please contact us again.

There is some planned service maintenance happening between 5:00am and 10:00am on August 3rd 2025, which could cause some intermittent disruptions during that time. If you have any further questions, please feel free to email us at [email protected]

We're testing out some new equipment on July 6th, so you may experience some service disruptions on Sunday. We will do our best to keep any disruptions as short as possible.

North End Manors are currently Experiencing a service disruption.

The cause appears to be due to some faulty equipment. Replacements have been ordered, but may take some time to arrive.
