I’ve been in a lot of pain lately and sleep has been really hard. So I end up staying awake all night trying to sleep until around five or six in the morning when my body and my brain is finally exhausted and I sleep from like five or six till 10 or 12. People of chronic pain what are some of the things you do to help you sleep? I’m starting to wonder if maybe I just live my life in the hours. I can’t sleep. Because I’m missing a lot of my day sleeping into the afternoon. Or I’m hoping you guys have some tricks. I would say reading or coloring, but when I’m stuck in a pain cycle, it’s really hard for me to remember to do anything for the first hour to 2 hours. I thought about maybe setting up a coloring station next to my bed. Because if I’m doing something, I’m less focused on it and that helps.
