I know people like to throw around "media literacy" a lot but part of it is also providing an argument in a way that doesn't degrade the other side. Otherwise you are just bulling. Which I do not tolerate
Also small things to add, this is meant to be something I noticed and is up for discussion. I've been called a lot of horrible things over this post and that is not necessary. If you disagree, tell me in a way that is kind and open with your argument and I will most likely agree.
My daughter is non verbal is 14 with a mental age of 3 year old, no sense of danger
Once in a split second she got out the front and ran into a car thankfully she was ok
While i was fixing a stair gate the dog had broken
Things can happen very quickly
Dont be so quick to judge
I get people not wanting the KoG fandom to be like TADCโs, but those replies & QRTs with "haha stupid TADC fans!๐คฃ๐คฃ get it? THOSE fans, not us!!" Itโs so obvious they donโt know what kind of fan I am, yet they jump to so many conclusions lol
im glad the tiger will be ok but it makes me sad to learn that this man was mentally disabled and his caretakers failed in their responsibilities. they should be charged with murder idgaf
no apologies for bringing this stuff here but genuinely pls block me if you don't engage in politics or if you're 'neutral' on sociopolitical issues ๐ i have no intention of befriending anyone who still claims to be neutral after years of the genocide in palestine
start blocking people before they have a chance to cause issues for you. stop letting people follow you if you see them in discourse often or harassing others because one day they'll harass you too. a community built off toxic people is about as stable as a house of cards.
Really hope we don't need to have this exact same conversation in a year when Lackadaisy season 1 starts coming out, and people start realizing that literally every character is a criminal.
Also people being like "Omg Owl House could have been so good" like bro gore, drugs and rape wouldnt have improved TOW
It feels like yall just want it so you feel more "adult" watching a cartoon
Thats what's they are saying? Sensitive themes make people feel things. They are saying what they feel which proves that the show is good on its themes. You dont need to watch a show stone faced in order to understand that.
Why are people interpreting this as "this show makes me uncomfortable bc it covers themes i dont like" rather than "this show is good at exploring sensitive themes"
