@FashionGuruBot What’s the point? You are refusing my money back

[Cheeky Burger @Cheeky_Burger]

@NETAPORTER @GraziaUK @MRPORTERLIVE Definition of fraud is to take money promising goods, not deliver them and then refuse the refund. @GraziaUK @BritishVogue please look at trust pilot - loads of frauded people

[Cheeky Burger @Cheeky_Burger]

@MRPORTERLIVE no delivery of goods despite ordering on 25.11. You refuse to give my money back or tell me why you didn’t send it! Contacted dhl from the tracking number and was told you never sent anything. Are you guys going #under #liquidation or just #scamming people?

[Cheeky Burger @Cheeky_Burger]

@NETAPORTER @GraziaUK you should investigate. The fall of @MRPORTERLIVE - their trustpilot reviews are shocking. What happened? Are they going under?

[Cheeky Burger @Cheeky_Burger]

@NETAPORTER That’s the thing. You won’t. O have the same 19 bot generated messages asking me to get lost since 1st of December? How many more Xmas gift surprises did you wreck guys? #scam #fraud #takingmoney #badcustomerservice #grazia

[Cheeky Burger @Cheeky_Burger]

@NETAPORTER 2511ZYFRA2221J - in your emails you said the package was in transit since 1st of December but I have in writing from dhl that the package was never sent from you. How many more people did you scam?

[Cheeky Burger @Cheeky_Burger]

@NETAPORTER I have sent numerous messages to your customer services and nobody is giving me any answers at all. You went as far as printing the label to dhl but never dispatched it. What’s the reason? Surely you would have solved it sobde 25/11. Will I not get my money back?

[Cheeky Burger @Cheeky_Burger]

#grazia @GraziaUK - are there issues with @NETAPORTER and @MRPORTERLIVE finance? They took money but didn’t deliver goods. And never sent it out either. Trouble in Italy?
