Según esas versiones, se buscaría obtener un amplio control sobre recursos hídricos para desarrollar complejos habitacionales y comunidades privadas destinadas principalmente a ciudadanos israelíes.

También se menciona que en Jalisco existe una comunidad conocida como "Nuevo Israel" y que habría propuestas para construir una pequeña ciudad llamada "Ciudad Torá" en las afueras de la Ciudad de México, con acceso restringido a determinados residentes.

Quienes difunden estas versiones afirman que el objetivo sería expandir gradualmente este tipo de desarrollos en distintas regiones del país, hasta consolidar un territorio denominado "Nuevo Israel", donde el acceso de los mexicanos estaría limitado, algo que consideran incompatible con la Constitución.

Ante estas afirmaciones, muchas personas se preguntan:
