@graceclarke Now I’m still struggling with my macro level anxiety about the future of this world, climate change, rise of populism and the fact that I’ve brought a new person into this… it still keeps me up at night. But I can’t imagine my life without her in it.

@graceclarke Oneself no. Maybe in the first few weeks when the hormones play up (and that’s bloody hard). But 20months, through the hard but also amazing moments I feel like I’ve found out more about myself.
Relationship, it’s harder. Much harder and takes a lot of work, love and compassion.

@graceclarke Career: it shifts. It was hard when I first went back but my work has meaning and propose. I don’t love it but I couldn’t not do it however I’ve changed my working pattern so it can fit with my family. I’m lucky though, and I realise that. Not everyone has this privilege.

I coped with Glasto FOMO/childcare duties in the meantime by drinking almost as much as I would have had I been at @glastonbury … not proud but heh, I’ll have survived 6 days of solo toddler parenting tomorrow (maybe thanks to wine and beer too much)

@EveWarren1 We did a pit stop of less than 24 hours in Lima on our honeymoon and it was the best food we had the entire trip (and we did Argentina, Chile, Columbia and Mexico).
