This is the foundation of the problem. Platner was a fraud and an astroturf candidate recruited to play a role. They might as well have gone to Hollywood if they had wanted a real actor. At least that would have been genuine.

So many good things in education depend on repetition and habits. When K-3 attendance suffers, it's because adults have adopted some bad habits--and they are passing them on to their kids.
