• Tsogo Sun did not go bankrupt or permanently shut those hotels down. In fact, they've since added more, increased their investments & rebranded their hotel division back to Southern Sun. They are thriving!
• On Liquidations... there's a 6.4% decrease year on year. 85% are voluntary closures. Companies liquidate voluntarily for restructuring, merging, or wrapping up solvent projects.
