All well and good legislating for 'doggie bags' #timesradio, but are they also going to relieve the restaurant of any liability of food poisoning because the public don't understand the temperature controls. @TimesRadio
@GrabYourSpoon As a recruiter, I can say appearance has never been part of the criteria from my clients
More like; can they cook. Do they have decent refs, have you checked them out and are they going to turn up. That said I could start rating the chefs like on Take me out.

The problem with @mrjamesob and it's brexit's fault, it just doesn't stand up to scrutiny in the UK hospitality sector.
In a sector which employed 4.2m ppl, a survey found only 200k left it because of brexit- it's always been short-staffed
Pleasure to be on @mrjamesob about an associate's experience regarding #SocialMedia for UK govt during covid.
Frustrating doesnt come close when you can help and they stop you for doing it.
@Dyslexpolitics There are far more ppl earning less than 40% tax ceiling who are affected by ir35, and in actual fact has damaged hospitality because freelance chefs are charging more
