Why is this Overhaul Necessary?

DARPA (American DRDO) and DRDO have the same budget!

BUT....DARPA has 500 employees.. 498 of the Worlds best scientists & 2 janitors.

WHEREAS....DRDO has 30,000 employees. 300 of Bharat’s best scientists but couldn't get into ISRO, 4700 Average Engineers from Military & 25000 BABUS for doing GOD knows what.

If we carefully look at DRDOs history, a lot of unnecessary rules and regulations in terms of money and man power were added/modified during 3 PM's tenures - Indira Khan-Gandhi, Rajiv Khan-Gandhi and MMS.

Now wonder why?

This UNNECESSARY staff strength is not only eating up DRDO's Budget, but also pulls down it's quality of Research &Development. INSPITE OF THIS, Bharat Sarkar has managed to get astonishing results in last 9 yrs.

Now think if this UNNECESSARY STAFF is removed & more Scientists are inducted in DRDO...
what wonders DRDO can contribute to Bharat's Military Strength!

This is the reason why #Modi Govt is going for Overhaul & This is the reason why CONgress+Leftists will oppose it!

There is a small town called Charouda in Chhattisgarh, unfamiliar to most of us, there lived a boy named Bharat. He belongs to a weak financial family. His father worked as a security guard at a bank and his mother ran a tea stall

Later age he went to Kendriya Vidyalaya Charouda for school. In the 9th grade, he was unable to pay fees, but the school helped by waiving them, he did well in 12th grade and got into IIT Dhanbad.

When money became an issue again, business people Arun Bagh and Jindal Group from Raipur helped him. He did excellent in college and got a gold medal with 98% at IIT Dhanbad.

During his 7th semester in engineering, he got placed in ISRO. And got an opportunity to work on Chandrayaan 3 at just 23 years old.

He is proof of the saying 'Rising from the ashes like a phoenix'.

There are many Bharat like him around us, who come from humble backgrounds from the small towns, and who are pushing the dream of a new India every day. 💜
