@PandaParis_ @captainblackfur @Not_OkayBears The collection was a clear copy however it stayed for 24h, pumped crazily before being delisted. The ones who got f**ed are the buyers, nobody else. It should raise question about how collections should be approved before being listed so that kind of thing doesnt happen again

Once again i don't defend the art steal at all as my IRL job is to work with artists but the way that happened looks like a OS rug

@captainblackfur @Not_OkayBears I'm not justifying copyright infrigement at all, just saying that this space is a jungle and full of rugs and copycats so i disagree with you when you say that this story makes harm i think its for the good because rules now need to be clear. What kind of derivative is ok or not.

Nethertheless, you can't disagree that he created a movement and this situation rises a true question about the space and decentralization. Bored ape sol club or phunks are copycats too.

Copycat collections are all over web3 and you blame the guy but you have no problem with opensea making 80eth (more than the founder of the project as there is 0 royalties) before delisting it?
