2 odd km and 23 mnts trvl time . Left 40 minutes in advnce for a show at 7 pm. Now our ETA is 7:54 pm. We may just park and reach when the show ends . Better still we'll reach when the show has ended and catch this shitty traffic back home . Bravo #bbmp #bangaloretraffic

@IndiGo6E how does one contact you for any resolution? What does one do when your list of issues does not match the one I have ? The IVRS does not get a human to interact. So frustrating!!

@titaneyeplus @titaneyeplus I have already made two trips to the store and in fact I tweeted after the store visit . The guy at the store worsened the situation. Is there no real manager who will address this from your end? I got a call frm a diffrnt store bt my prblm isn't resolved yet!!

Terrible service from @titaneyeplus at Park Square Mall, Whitefield, Bangalore. New glasses and the lens popped out, went to get service done and had the shoddiest experience. Online escalation was a cropper. Am sure there's a better way to resolve customer issues!!
