A Chefs job is often physical, intense, and selflessness. But just like a #superhero, ask any chef and they will tell you they wouldn’t swap it for the world👩🏻‍🍳The clean plate that’s returned at the end of a meal is the chef’s equivalent of the superhero getting the girl 😉

Got a sweet tooth? There are plenty of ways to make healthy treats! The 🗝 is in the presentation! Use cookie cutters to shape fruits and cheeses. Add a little mint on top 🍃 Sprinkle dark chocolate chips and voilà 👩🏻‍🍳 A new sweet #coolinaryfun gourmet dessert is served!

My mom = My superhero! ⚡️
Growing up, her food was always simple, healthy and well-seasoned. By observing her, I got to appreciate the whole cooking process, from shopping to cutting vegetables and plating - All just to see people’s reactions to her food.

💡Tip for the weekend: Get as creative with your kids food as they are when they play ❤️ This mushroom + onion omelet in the shape of a dinosaur, with a few pieces of toasted whole wheat bread and sliced cherry tomatoes will do the trick! 😉

❌ Don’t make your kitchen a “do not cross” area in your house. Instead invite them to participate! Cooking with kids is a great bonding experience for the entire family. Try it! You will be amazed how much kids love the kitchen ❤️

Introducing SURPRISE #crudites to kids and families in a creative way! 👩🏻‍🍳
Make an edible garden using fresh vegetables and breadcrumbs for soil, then make or buy a light dressing 😉

When kids understand the origin of the food, culture and traditions associated with recipes, it sparks their curiosity and makes their cooking experience much more interesting 🤓 That is what we called the #CMKexperience ❤️

I started #ChefMarthaK because I wanted to offer a unique cooking experience for kids✨ From teaching them the proper way to use a knife, to the different types of cuts for veggies and fruits. Cooking will help them have a healthier relationship with food 💚
