I made some speedrun goals at the start of the year, some I achieved and some I didn’t. I’m most grateful for the friends I’ve made or gotten closer to and the chance to meet some at PACE :) thank you all for making this a great year, 2025 will be even better!

2024 speedrunning goals:

-get a 70 time I’m happy with
-get a 16 in 16
-get a 70 time I’m happy with using faster strats
-get 1 star pb faster than 16 star pb
-do a Super Paper Mario any% run
-finish learning Punch Out and do a single segment run
-GO TO SUMMER PACE

@ascendjoker1 I think AI can be good for giving humans some direction before we do the actual meaningful work, I think as long as we don’t take AI’s word as law there’s no harm done - we’re just trying to go faster at the end of the day
