I think silence is golden. But I also think once in a while you need to remind people that you arenโt the one. Just once in a while, nothing too much.
It's been months I stopped using seasoning cubes to cook, and I will never go back to that Era again.
One thing that sustains my cooking taste, aroma and texture is my stock, herbs and the cooking process I use(respectively).
I don't joke with my cooking temperature at all.
