This is day 18. Nothing has been done yet concerning my bank update request.. I was sent a message on the 23rd, and they promised to fix it in the next 24 hours. This is the second day. Is this a bank?

I requested a name update for the past 16 days since April 11, and to date, nothing has been done. Anytime I ask what's going on, I keep hearing, We are sorry. I truly don't know how many days/ months an update takes.

@GlobusBankNG Sometimes, I wonder how some banks operate. I can't imagine an update lasting for days..
This is my first time seeing a bank taking days/ weeks on an Update... yet if one reach out, they will be saying they are working on it.. Update for God sake

So why is my name on your account different from my name on my BVN yet I opened my BVN with your bank? @SaharaReporters @PolarisBankLtd is frustrating me.
I have never seen a bank that frustrate their customers like they do to me..

I don't know why a Bank will make mistake with your name on same account and on your BVN and they are refusing to take responsibility of their fault. They open my account name with a different name and register BVN for me with a different name as well 🤔���🤔
