Big quantum update at IBM #Think2026!
@IBM + @ClevelandClinic + @riken_en just simulated a 12,000+ atom protein using quantum 🤯
Feels like a real turning point, from “potential” to actual impact in drug discovery + biology.

Great day in the studio with the https://t.co/4eCoLHrNP2 team for https://t.co/RJDAUbyzAq on Fox Business and Bloomberg Television.
Contact centers are where customer experience gets real fast. Long hold times, frustrated customers, overloaded agents, messy data, all of it. https://t.co/4eCoLHrNP2 is doing some impressive work helping teams make sense of those conversations and coach agents better without adding more chaos to the day.
Big thanks to CEO and Co-Founder Swapnil Jain and the https://t.co/4eCoLHrNP2 team for the conversation.
More soon on https://t.co/RJDAUbyzAq.

📌 Season 3 of ClearTech Loop is here, and we are kicking it off with the part of AI that every technology leader is going to have to answer for sooner rather than later: what happens when agents stop being interesting experiments and start acting inside the business.
My guest for this episode is Phil Stafford, an AI security architect, researcher, and cybersecurity professional who advises organizations on AI security infrastructure, cybersecurity foundations, and AI transformation strategy. Phil sits in the practical middle of this conversation, where the promise of agentic AI meets the very real questions of permissions, accountability, supply chain risk, and whether anyone can prove what happened after the fact.
That is where I wanted to start Season 3. Not with the glossy version of AI agents, but with the operational version. The one that inherits access, calls tools, spins up workflows, touches systems, and eventually forces someone in the organization to ask, “Wait, who approved that?”

AI is changing every profession in different ways.
For lawyers, understanding how to use these tools responsibly is becoming just as important as understanding what they can do.

@BevEve@IBM@googlecloud What a fantastic recap - felt like I was right there with you @Beveve! The partnership between IBM and Google Cloud is a huge step forward for customers of both companies, navigating their AI transformation journeys. Exciting times.
Everyone is talking about AI.
At #GoogleCloudSummit London, I was there with @IBM looking at the bigger enterprise question: How do organisations move from AI ambition to AI execution?
That’s where IBM’s expanded partnership with @GoogleCloud feels so relevant.

AI is creating huge opportunities for legal professionals, but it also raises important questions around trust, accountability and governance.
Worth checking out @GlenGilmore's latest video, alongside @Microsoft's guide for lawyers using GenAI responsibly.

Touchdown at #GoogleCloudSummit London ☁️
Here as an #IBMPartner and already loving the mix of demos, big ideas and general buzz.
Keeping an eye on how the @IBM + @GoogleCloud partnership story shows up in the real world today.
Al is reshaping the legal profession now, not someday.
Watch my take, then read the Microsoft guide for lawyers on using Gen Al responsibly.
Your judgment still matters. Your tools do, too.

Great conversations at #GoogleCloudSummit London around agentic AI, data foundations, security and turning AI ambition into real-world outcomes.
A fitting backdrop for IBM and @googlecloud's new strategic partnership, helping organisations scale AI and modernise core systems.
Thanks to @IBM for having us there, with @BevEve on the ground capturing the insights.

Network infrastructure plays a major role in how AI performs at scale.
That was the clearest enterprise lesson I took from the PGA Championship.
Across 300+ acres, the network was not a background utility.
It was the operational backbone connecting:
→ broadcast
→ ticketing
→ fan experience
→ workforce tools
→ safety
→ real-time decision-making
As a @TMobileBusiness Partner, I think this is the CIO conversation more companies need to have.
Here’s the breakdown...
What stands out to me is the handoff between systems. Entry, updates, navigation, video and operations all need timing, reliability and clean data flows. That is the engineering work people usually never see.

The biggest audience doesn't always have the biggest influence.
That's something MWC reminds us of every year.
In B2B tech, trust beats reach. The voices shaping buying decisions are the ones buyers already listen to.

The best AI strategy isn’t “use AI everywhere.”
It’s knowing where assistants, agents, extensible AI, and custom AI can drive the most impact. @BevEve breaks it down ⤵️
@MSFT_Business It’s exciting to see the outcomes. AI is alleviating remedial, time consuming tasks, freeing up workers for more creative, higher value work. The mindset shift for leaders is about thinking bigger and allowing employees to leverage their interests and talents.
AI agents are no longer an experiment.
They're becoming a core business strategy.
I recently went through Microsoft's Business Guide to AI Solutions and pulled together a few stats and insights that helped make sense of it all.
One that caught my eye? 82% of business leaders say they're confident they'll use AI agents to expand workforce capacity.

Working with businesses on AI strategy, the consistent ask:
“What kind of AI solution do we need?”
@BevEve’s video led me to Microsoft’s Business Guide to AI Solutions. It answers it well.
