Why is the Computer Cell unable to resolve the issue.

@DoC_GoI Unable to Apply for opening of new files, Enhancement of Value/ Endorsement,Online submitted application are pending for EODC purpose, due to which both Exports and Imports are being held up due to non-issuance of DFIA license.
