Outside of London, Dr Charlotte Sutherell has fallen in love with the walk between Craster and Bamburgh in Northumberland due to the amazing coastline and the dramatic views of the ruined Dunstanburgh castle, even if it can be rather windy! #TakeABreak #WorldMentalHealthDay

Dr Sutherell loves walking along the Thames & across the different bridges; always different views due to the light & changing activity on the river. Hungerford Bridge makes her happiest, because there is usually a play or a concert waiting on Southbank! #WorldMentalHealthDay
