Sui mainnet is back online and transactions are flowing normally.

The end of epoch halt was triggered during the rollout of yesterday's long-term fix. As validators restarted to deploy the new binary, the randomness initialization that runs at the start of each epoch was unable to complete because it has a higher quorum threshold than Sui consensus. A latent bug in how that failure state is preserved across validator restarts then prevented the network from completing its transition to the next epoch.

Validators have implemented a fix that addresses both the underlying bug and the affected epoch, and network activity has resumed.

A more detailed incident review is forthcoming.

印刷术出现之前，欧洲大约只有10%的人识字。他们的工作就是为不识字的贵族阶层读写文件。

印刷术发明之后，仅仅50年，欧洲出版的文字总量就超过了此前一千年的总和。书的价格下降了近百倍。经过几百年，全球识字率从10%升至70%。

软件会走同样的路，只是速度会快得多，不需要几百年。写软件的门槛会降低到和发短信一样，人人都能做，但专业工程师仍然存在，就像印刷术普及之后仍然有专业作家一样。

寒武纪一季报出来了，高盛同步更新了覆盖报告。

收入29亿元，环比+53%，比高盛预期高出六成。EBITDA利润率从上季度的26%跳到42%。合同负债从上季度的60万暴增到3.96亿，客户已经在预付款了。库存45亿元，比上季度的49亿略降，说明出货在提速。

寒武纪现在的位置是：排除华为昇腾、阿里含光、百度昆仑这些自建芯片的云厂商之后，中国最大的第三方AI芯片供应商。2025年国内AI芯片出货400万片，国产化率从2024年的30%升到41%。超级节点和大规模训练集群的建设在加速，这些项目对国产芯片的采购需求很集中。

需求端还在往里边砸钱。高盛统计了字节、阿里、腾讯、百度四家云厂商的资本开支，2024年合计增长约104%，2025年预计继续增长45%，2026年和2027年增速逐步放缓到42%和14%，但绝对值仍在上升。应用层的拉动也在变得具体，企业端AI agent用于制造业工程师经验沉淀、新产品良率爬坡加速、工厂跨区域快速复制，销售端用于获客提效。消费端的多模态基础模型、视频生成、个人AI助手和陪伴类聊天产品渗透也在加速。这些场景从概念走向落地，算力需求的可持续性比一年前看得更清楚了。

高盛给的出货量预测非常陡。云端AI芯片从2025年的2.6万片，预计2026年11.6万片，2027年40.5万片，2028年68.9万片。ASP同步上移，反映产品组合在往大算力训练芯片迁移。对应收入2025年65亿，2026年237亿，2028年622亿，三年接近十倍。净利润2026到2028年CAGR 61%。这次盈利预测上调幅度很大，2026年收入预期从140亿直接上修到237亿，比市场一致预期高出六成。

估值用的是2030年43倍EV/EBITDA折现回2027年，目标价2406元，隐含2027年约102倍P/E，略低于过去一年109倍的均值。同业对比里，寒武纪2030年P/E约26倍对应19%净利润增速和31%营业利润率，P/E与增速的比值0.5倍，跟AMD相当，低于国内A股半导体同业平均的1.0倍。

这份预测能不能兑现，需要关注两个方面。一是寒武纪的芯片在大规模集群训练场景下能不能真正替代英伟达的方案，客户愿不愿意在千卡甚至万卡集群上全部押注国产。二是先进制程代工的供应链约束，寒武纪2022年底进了实体清单，晶圆供应的稳定性始终是一个硬约束，这个问题解决不了，出货量曲线再陡也只是纸面数字。
