@MrF4Speed Establishing ownership is gonna be a cluster fuck too. Per the EULA you don't own anything associated with your account or created with it, iRacing does. So if you sell access to something you don't own, even if you created it, are you entitled damages if someone resells it?

@egglet124 @JeffMaconi It's not that clear cut for Conti though. Legally speaking users don't own anything on iRacing because its all sub based. You dont own the cars, you dont own the setups, ETC. Under that pretense, Conti can't restrict the transfer of something they don't own.

At the end of the day I’m not surprised by the individual involved and what they did… but I’m also not sure there’s any ground to stand on here. If you’re publicly selling your info, you can’t be surprised when someone ends up with access you didn’t intend to get it. This was always gonna be the end result of people selling their “secrets” or “speed” to the public. Even if he lied about who he was, idk if there’s legal ground to stand on. I guess that’s why I’m not a lawyer.

At the end of the day, you ultimately can’t trust most of these shops. 99% of them leave their best info/setup secrets out of what they sell to the public, because they don’t want that info getting around to other Coke teams. But then they will turn right back around and use their fully up to par Coke sets/drivers to advertise their product that they’re oftentimes not selling you. It’s why I’ve always viewed this stuff as a scam

@HiddenXperia Lightsaber fight isnt the problem. The problem is theres 3 other separate things happening at the same tim. (Space battle, Padme catching Gunray, Gungans v Droid Army) and it's just a cluster fuck. Jar Jars goofiness mixed in with Anakins cheesey moments kill the pacing.

@bestofstarwar Problem was that, from here, the story splits into 4 separate fights and it just becomes hard to follow: 1. Light Saber fight, 2. Space battle, 3. Padme catching Gunray, 4. Gungans vs Droid Army. The Light Saber fight was always cool, but the other parts werent really.

@DestinyUpdates0 I think its probably loosely based off separate things that did happen. There is evidence showing there was a battle/war at Troy. And it's not unreasonable to think an army somehow got lost navigating their way home, and those 2 ideas got spun into the epic poems.

Left after stage 2 since a senior with us needed something to eat, and traffic would have been to large of a delay. Fans with small kids were leaving early I for the same reason.

@PolarSodaCan @sircalebhammer I would think for this type of sales it would be to really large businesses/corporations possibly ordering hundreds or thousands of devices, and where they would want to get them on some sort of bulk order deal.

@H_yosef93388 @laraseligman The Kuwaiti F-18s have AMRAAM, and can launch separate missiles at separate targets. So all it takes is for 1 pilot to pick the flight up on radar, and launch without a declaration from AWACS and suddenly there's 3 missiles in the air in just a few seconds that can't be aborted.
