If William Ruto can threaten to slap a sitting President, make no mistake, he can kill a common mwananchi.
We are warning Kenyans to not trust Ruto with power.

There is a liver and pancreas epidemic wiping out Kenyan men right now and the silence is deafening.
Nobody is talking about it.
Nobody is panicking.
But we are still burying people.
The cause?
Kenyan alcohol.
This month ALONE I’ve counted 8 friends admitted with liver or pancreatic damage.
Eight. Bloated stomachs, abdominal pain so severe it won’t subside no matter what the doctors do.
The UK has put Kenya on a watchlist for dangerous alcohol.
Rwanda has banned some of our liquor outright.
Other countries are shutting it out too.
The whole world can see what’s poisoning us and we’re still pouring it.
A few years ago we buried a brilliant CEO. Liver destroyed by drink.
By the time the doctors understood what was happening, he was already dead.
Getting a legit drink in this country is now a gamble with your life.
I have friends who will only drink in ONE place they trust, because everywhere else is a coin toss between a night out and a hospital bed.
The doctors aren’t sugarcoating it anymore.
They’re telling survivors: “Take one sip and tell your family where you want to be buried.”
Drink the same brand abroad and it tastes like heaven.
Same label. Same bottle. Different poison.
That’s how we know it’s us.
We cannot keep killing our own people for profit.
I am tired of visiting friends in hospital for alcohol poisoning.
How many more before somebody cracks down on this madness? @InteriorKE@kipmurkomen@NACADAKenya
Some Advocates are unnecessarily passive, stand-offish and rude towards colleagues even in non-contentious matters like transactions. What happened to the good old rule that the brief belongs to the Client? Tabia mbaya.
Again,
The High Court does not have jurisdiction to suspend a declaration of invalidity. Article 2(4) makes the declaration immediate and Article 23 only allows for an appropriate remedy which must be effective. SCORK was wrong to invent this 'suspension of declarations' remedy.
I am made to understand that these appointments by the JSC were made without any invitation for applications, shortlisting and interview.
The C J, CRJ, Judiciary and KMJA can issue their usual statements we ascertain who is telling the truth. It is most likely that they may be right.
The stark difference between earlier years when I was first concious of how gvt works v Now;(2002-Now);
1.DCJ Nancy Baraza RESIGNS after accusations of pinching the nose of a security guard v CoA Judge Muchelule ‘s gun is used in a daylight robbery yet no action from the JSC

C J Martha Koome has relieved the yet to be charged Magistrate of judicial duty but wants herself, other Judges and a Magistrate in similar position to continue sitting? The specific boycott will be implemented and enforced. Ultimately, the C J must leave office.
As someone who stammers and has struggled with public speaking,I'd ask that we be kind to the learned judge. Not everyone is naturally eloquent, especially when delivering a lengthy judgment in a high-profile case. Let's critique the reasoning and not the fluency of its delivery
