@USAA My husband gave MQ (on here) the claim number and contact info. They said they have forwarded it to “the appropriate team”. Not sure what that means. My son is at work currently and not able to consistently message/call.

Very disappointed in @USAA auto insurance. Their client runs into my son & totals his car but they notify him of this and give him 3 days with a rental without giving him $$ yet or even what they value the car at. Unfair!!!

@USAA No, he spoke with an adjuster who was very quick to finish the conversation, with minimal info and did not offer any options to solve the problem. He had to sign over his vehicle today without getting an offer/payment and told to return his rental tomorrow.
