@eircare My Eir home broadband is extremely slow to the extent that it is affecting my ability to work. The home phone, also part of the bundle, is also out of action for the last 2 months!! No matter what I try to contact you by phone or online chat, nothing works.

@eircare Your technical support team is not contactable. Today alone I have called 6 times and each time my call got disconnected after I had been on hold a long time each time. Is your technical support team cancelling calls before the calls even get through???
