@cspotweet I paid a $35 a month pet fee in addition to rent and not once did I see a pet key the walls, spill pop on the elevator floor, leave their toys everywhere on the property, throw wrappers in the stairwell. Kids did that. There should be a kid fee, not a pet fee.
