OMG…@AmericanAir what a horrible experience! Since 11am today I have been trying to check-in to avoid long lines but your Contact Tracing form is not working correctly! After talking to 5 different agents still no help and it’s 11:39pm. Horrible, who needs this form anyway!

@united was hoping for a better flight back from Newark, great plane, great staff but had to wait 45 min to get a wheelchair on the plane now waiting 45 min after landing in FLL to get bags! #stillwaiting and I had to pay for the carryon again 😭 #nomoreflyingunited
