Thank you to all my mentors and peers for helping get to this point in my career! 🫶🏼🪼
About to embark on a unique research expedition. Exploring hydrothermal vents!!!??? Not sure what im getting myself into 😆 but excited to be on board @WHOI Atlantis R/V with the Kahn Lab from @MLMLmarinesci for the next three weeks⛴️🪱
Already so many alien like animals have greeted us as we explore the Juan de Fuca Ridge! First we have a Benthoctopus then a Giant Spider Crab worshipping a filtering sea star (Brisingid)! 🐙🦀⭐️

Today marks our first week on board the @RV_Atlantis Lots of cool science and discoveries have been made already! So lets see what the next two weeks have in store for us 😆🌋🧽
@VeronicaGMarti2 @WHOI@MLMLmarinesci Aw that would be so nice, but not this summer 😕. Im working with Dr. Kahn at Moss Landing Marine Labs. We were invited as the biologist crew on this research cruise in Oregon!
