#BritishGas r a disgrace. For 6 wks, I've been sending proof I paid my bill on 19th Feb. I have spoken to helplines, tried chatlines, written. Now I have a letter from the lawyers telling me I owe the money. I do not. Is it run by crooks, incompetents or a combo of both?
