Hi Spencer! Thank you for bringing this to our awareness! My dad sent me the 45 goals of communism when i was in art school in the 80s. On the xeroxed list he wrote in red sharpie Don't Make Ugly Art! I laughed and showed it to my teacher who took it seriously and said "you don't make ugly art". here are the arts related communist goals. also here is a photo of my world famous crochet museum in Joshua Tree. It is made from an old drive through photo processing building, built to look like an old camera.

I once met John Waters (at an artist friend's party in Ptown) just after he had released his book Carsick about hitchhiking where he imagined the worst case, the best case and then hitchhiked to write the actual reality of hitchhiking from Boston to San Francisco and wrote it in those 3 parts. I enjoyed reading it back in 2014. that artist friend no longer talks to me because I support President Trump.
