A walk in the local community to collect our weekly @Warburtons donation. The shops are all decorated for Halloween! We spotted the police station and church, walked over the big bridge, remembered how to cross a road safely and spotted a caravan!

Tomorrow is our MacMillan coffee event! The children have been busy decorating! We are grateful for all of the delicious baking donations 🥰 This cause feels even more relevant to us as a campus this year after the loss of one of our janitors to cancer last month 💚

Our Sunshine Room went on a big walk today to collect our weekly bread donation 🤩 They walked all the way to the shop 👏 and spotted some familiar buildings in our community! Thank you to @Warburtons for our donation and @Scotmid for accepting on our behalf. #community

We all had an amazing trip on the “yellow bus” this afternoon to the Netherthird Community Gardens! Dancing, stone decorating, bubbles and playing in the community. We also witnessed one of the best hula hoopers ever! 🤩 @eaclost @VibrantEAC #community

We’ve all had a wonderful time at our Beach Party today! Ice lolly painting, fishing, sandcastles and playdough ice creams. Lots of amazing beachwear and dancing on display!

The children and staff have been very busy developing our outdoor space. Building and installing wooden edging, digging up and preparing the soil for planting and spreading wild flower seeds. We can’t wait to see the flowers start to grow! @eaclost

We were kindly gifted caterpillars from one of our families. We have been very excited watching them grow! Reading the Hungry Caterpillar, digging for mini beasts in the garden, exploring the lifecycle of a caterpillar and learning about symmetry through butterflies and mirrors!

Today some of our children spent some time in the open area of @LochnorrisPrim1 as part of initial transitions. They explored the area, resources and popped in to say hello to p1! All children will have the opportunity to visit over the next few days.

We all enjoyed a walk to @AldiUK this morning to get some supplies for our Halloween party next week! We bought lots of different sizes of pumpkins 🎃 and colours of squash to investigate. We also spotted some spooky pasta 👻! #community #Mathematics
