Canada ultimately recognized every one of these countries as a sovereign state. In many cases, Canada established diplomatic relations, provided assistance and supported the new country’s development.

Canada did not refuse to recognize them because they were too small.

Canada did not tell them they could never establish institutions, negotiate trade agreements, operate a government or participate in the international community.

Canada did not make recognition conditional on proving that independence would be effortless, risk-free or immediately profitable.

Their people made a democratic choice and Canada accepted the resulting countries.

But when the same question is raised inside Canada, the language suddenly changes.

🇨🇦 Quebec, 1980

More than 1.48 million Quebecers voted for a mandate to negotiate sovereignty-association. Canadians and federal political leaders mobilized to preserve Canada, and the proposal was defeated.

🇨🇦 Quebec, 1995

More than 2.3 million Quebecers voted for sovereignty.

Once again, Quebecers were warned about money, trade, investment, currency, pensions and whether Quebec could afford to become a country.

🇨🇦 Alberta, 2026

Albertans are not being asked to immediately declare independence on October 19th.

They are being asked whether Alberta should remain a province or whether the Alberta government should begin the legal process required to hold a future binding referendum on separation.

It is a vote about whether Albertans should be allowed to take the next democratic step.

Yet many Canadians are already saying Alberta could never afford independence, could never build a country and should not even seriously consider sovereignty.

That exposes a remarkable double standard:

When people overseas seek sovereignty, it is called self-determination.

When Quebecers seek sovereignty, it is called a threat to national unity.

When Albertans seek a democratic vote, it is called reckless, divisive or impossible.

The new countries on this list did not all begin wealthy, stable or free from uncertainty. Independence required difficult negotiations, institution-building and major decisions about trade, borders, laws, currency and international relations.

But they created sovereign countries.

Quebec and Alberta are repeatedly told they could not afford to become countries.

Yet Canada recognizes countries around the world that began with fewer resources, weaker institutions and far greater obstacles.

The honest position should be consistent:

Either people have the democratic right to consider and pursue sovereignty—or they do not.

That principle should not disappear simply because the people seeking the vote happen to live inside Canada.

The entire “fossil fuel” scam was invented by the Rockefellers and the Smithsonian in the late 1800s to create artificial scarcity and jack up prices to insane levels. They fed you the biotic lie so you would believe oil is some finite dinosaur soup that is about to run dry. Total fabrication.

Oil is abiotic. It is a liquid mineral cooked deep in the Earth’s mantle under crushing pressure and scorching heat. It is the natural lubricant for tectonic plates and the grease that keeps the planet’s massive gears turning smoothly.

That is why wells drilled dry in the 1970s are filling back up again today. The Earth is pumping fresh oil from below and regenerating it nonstop. It does not run out. We are sucking the lubricant out of the planet’s engine and now the whole machine is starting to shake.

More earthquakes. Creaking faults. Grinding plates. Coincidence? No. We are stripping the oil that keeps the Earth’s crust sliding properly and the system is literally seizing up.

The so-called “fossil theory” is the greatest economic hack in human history. Real crude oil has almost zero biological markers. No nitrogen, no phosphorus, nothing that would survive if it came from dead organisms. It is pure polymeric hydrocarbons, primordial stuff from the Earth’s own formation.

Thomas Gold tried to warn the world. He proved hydrocarbons like methane and oil rise from the deep mantle, not from ancient swamps. The establishment destroyed his reputation because the truth would collapse their entire control grid.

If people knew oil is basically tap water for the planet, endlessly generated from below, the entire parasitic geopolitics of wars, sanctions, and price manipulation would evaporate overnight.

They do not want you to know the Earth makes its own oil.
They need you scared, dependent, and paying through the nose while they bleed the planet dry.
Wake up. The dinosaurs had nothing to do with it. This is the biggest lie they ever sold us and it is killing the engine of the world.

If Bill C-2 passes, it will become a Criminal Code offence for businesses, professionals, and charities to accept cash donations, deposits, or payments of $10,000 or more. Even if the $10,000 payment or donation is broken down into several smaller cash transactions, it will still be a crime for a business or charity to receive it.

This is similar to Quebec's Bill 54, adopted in March 2024, which empowers police to presume that any person carrying $2,000 or more in cash must have obtained it as the proceeds of crime. Police can seize the money, and the citizen must prove his or her innocence to get it back.

It is true that very few Canadians use cash in the amount of $10,000 or more for a single purchase or donation, but once doing so becomes criminal, it’s easy for the federal government to reduce the legal amount to $5,000, then $1,000, then $100, and eventually nothing.

Restricting the use of cash is a dangerous step towards tyranny and totalitarianism. Cash gives citizens privacy, autonomy, and freedom from surveillance by government and by banks, credit card companies, and other corporations. If we cherish our privacy, we need to defend our freedom to choose cash, in the amount of our choosing. This includes, for example, our right to pay $10,000 cash for a car, or to donate $10,000 (or more) to a charity.

Law enforcement already has the tools to fight crime. Perhaps they need a bigger budget to hire more people, or perhaps they need to use existing tools more effectively. In a free society, violating our right to use cash is not the answer.
