@RoyalMail@parcelforce I have never known such poor service. Charging more than ever & the service is just awful, 24 hrs delivery took 4 days. The person was not there to receive it, no card left to prove you’d been just an update when I checked the code. Now it’s just lost. 😡

@justin_ng@RoyalMail I rang them when I had issues and spoke to a real person. They were very helpful. It appears that RM are fully aware of the ongoing issues with their app. Just not sure why they can't fix it 🤷
