NEA was created in its Act 2016, launched in 2019, developed policies & strategy 2020 and us now ready to roll out the staff development. Currently the NEA budget & staff is still with MLSP & moving towards semi- autonomy status by end of 2021. We appreciate the youths

Possible Solutions to Kapedo conflicts lies in general development (roads, schools, markets). But I wonder how a community is relegated to abject poverty in 24yrs nyayo era & 8yrs of devolution? The leaders should canfidly tell us what's their interest. It beats logic.

As a scholarship in natural resources conflict let me comment on the happenings in Kapedo. What the MP @bkamket is calling boundary (land) or water related conflicts is decoy to the thriving business in rustled livestock funded by community elites. RC is very correct on facts.
