Early morning slow roll operations will take place on northbound I-95 from 1 to 5 a.m. on July 15 and July 17. The slow rolls will take place approaching the West Hundred Road overpass at mile marker 61 in @ChesterfieldVa and will involve a Virginia State Police presence.
