Took credit card details 3 times, 3 occasions and tell me my daughter is not booked on an unaccompanied flight? Spent 3 hours! Useless and insulting. Now I simply cannot check her in. I really hope you can shoot the LHR I LS better than you can look after children. Shame on you.

@FlySWISS you are the worst airline. Have an unaccompanied minor travelling with you. Spent three hours and provided my credit card 3 times for you to say there is nothing booked again!! Yet you ask me to call you to verify the language to be spoken.
Now I can’t check her on!!!!
